The Executive Committee of the Ferrari Owners' Club of Singapore's responsibilities are as follows:

• Work towards fulfilment of the club's mission.
• Administrate and operate the club, including complying with its constitution and the Singapore Registrar of Societies' rules and regulations; including executing its legal affairs; and including managing its funds and other financial tasks.
• Act as the primary interface between members and Ferrari S.p.A and its agents and affiliates.
• Represent the club in Singapore and anywhere else in the world.
